Shaolin Wahnam Chi Kung
- Shaolin Wahnam Chi Kung is one of the most fantastic systems of Chi Kung that you can practice.
- It was developed and refined by Shaolin practitioners for nearly 1500 years to the present.
- Shaolin Wahnam Chi Kung contains numerous patterns including those from the famous 18 Lohan Hands which were developed by the famous Bodhidharma.
- The Wahnam Chi Kung that we practice and teach has been distilled from many of these patterns by Sifu Wong Kiew Kit, a world renowned Shaolin Master who resides in Kedah, Malaysia. Sifu has been practicing and teaching Shaolin arts for over 50 years and was named Chi Kung Master of the Year by the World Qigong Congress in San Francisco in 1997. We are called Wahnam in honor of two of Sifu's most special masters, the famous Shaolin master, Sifu Lai Chin Wah and Sifu Ho Fatt Nam, the third generation successor directly descended from the southern Shaolin Monastery . Sifu has also authored many books including the best selling The Art of Chi Kung and Chi Kung for Health and Vitality.
